Cancellation Notice: We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a reservation. To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service department at least 24 hours before the scheduled Departure
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no cancellation fee, and your ticket will be valid for your next travel. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled Departure may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Show: If you do not show up at the departure location at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, you will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
