Flight Tickets

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, subject to airline policies.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking but more than 48 hours before the departure time may incur a cancellation fee as per the airline’s terms and conditions.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure time will be subject to the airline’s policy, and refunds may not be available.
  • Cancellation by TBA or Airline:
    • In the event of a flight cancellation by TBA or the airline, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
    • Customers will be offered the option to rebook on an alternative flight or receive a full refund.
    • Compensation may be provided in accordance with the airline’s policy and applicable laws.

Bus Tickets

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the bus company’s policies.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking but more than 24 hours before the departure time may incur a cancellation fee as per the bus company’s terms and conditions.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure time will be subject to the bus company’s policy, and refunds may not be available.
  • Cancellation by TBA or Bus Company:
    • In the event of a bus cancellation by TBA or the bus company, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
    • Customers will be offered the option to rebook on an alternative bus or receive a full refund.
    • Compensation may be provided in accordance with the bus company’s policy and applicable laws.
